Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping

  • If your selected item is currently in stock and we've successfully processed the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within five business days from the date of your purchase.

  • To keep you in the loop, we'll promptly provide tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You'll receive this information at the email address you provided during checkout.

  • If, for any reason, you haven't received tracking information within six business days of placing your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@rememberwynne.com.

  • Please be aware that some items may require additional lead times. If this is the case, we'll make every effort to inform you before you finalize your purchase.

  • Bad Address: Due to shipping policies on some of the items in our store, the buyer will be responsible for any and all fees associated with a bad address. If the apartment/suite number is not included, or a bad postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge. 

Shipping Options

  • For most orders within the Contiguous United States, we're delighted to offer Free Shipping. Our default shipping option is typically ground shipping, which comes with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days after the order has been processed.

  • Certain items may be subject to Oversized Shipping and therefore won't qualify for Free Shipping. Please be aware that such items may also have extended lead times.

  • Please note that if you apply a discount code that disqualifies the Free Shipping offer, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to your order.
  • Please be aware that we currently do not offer International Shipping or Shipping to areas outside of the Contiguous United States.
