Cancellations & Refunds
All orders placed at Remember Wynne are subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@rememberwynne.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations received after 48 hours will be subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Specific Vendor Stipulations
- 2 Mama Bees: If the buyer cancels order prior to shipping and authorization is not provided, the buyer will be credited the purchase amount less a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied for all packages returned to Wholesaler because of unauthorized cancellations.
Refunds
Once a cancellation has been approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Additional Language
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
